Juries decide what they can see, hold, and operate. Hatter Ventures partners with trial attorneys to design alternative-design exhibits and visual aids that translate complex mechanical failures into evidence a jury can examine with their own hands.
When opposing counsel argues that an injury was unavoidable, a working physical prototype of a safer feasible alternative tells a different story. We rapidly prototype the guard, linkage, fixture, or interlock that should have existed — and put it in the jury's hands.
